The second day of the orientation program kept the students engaged with the Play and Learn workshop which was conducted by Chiranjeeb Narzary, Faculty - School of Design. He presented the different toys developed by him and shared his perspective on toy designing. Creative in the sense of attention, appealing to parents, easy to operate, colourful were some of the basics about toy designing that Chiranjeeb mentioned. He guided the students about toy designs and gave them a task to prepare a puppet using paper, fabric with whatever tools, techniques the students wanted to use. Students made different puppets played with focus on character, sound effects and the movements as guided.
